Codding Construction is dedicated to partnering with clients on achieving high environmental standards and has in-house LEED Accredited, Green Building and CALGreen Professionals.

Recent projects include LEED-certified projects at the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone in St. Helena, Santa Rosa Nissan, and one of the World's Greenest Neighborhoods, Sonoma Mountain Village.

It's about improving building performance in healthy and sustainable buildings. The company recently performed tenant improvements for national client, Comcast, achieving the highest Platinum level of certification within the US Green Building Council's rating system. The project also recorded the best recorded waste diversion rate of 98%.
