Culinary Institute of America Dormitory

The focus of this 12,000 square foot dormitory is sustainability and the goal of becoming the one of a few LEED Gold dormitories projects in the entire county. The project located in Napa Valley was constructed using panelized light gage steel framing with a high recycled steel content. The project also has solar photovoltaic panels, rainwater capturing system, recycled graywater system and uses other energy saving techniques.
