Comcast Service Center

The 35,000 SF tenant improvement project is the first US Green Building Council LEED certified facility in the Comcast Corporation and achieved the highest Platinum certification. All building material items were carefully selected from paint to carpet to furniture. Recycled materials and energy efficient systems were a focus. The project earned the highest waste diversion rate in the history of LEED for Commerical Interiors.
